ONE YEAR CLASS:
This class will be a time of fellowship where 8th & up girls can come together to build a better relationship with the Lord. Over the year, students will complete four different Bible studies with different topics. Even though this is a one-year class, students are welcome to attend one or both semesters as they will be independent of each other. Students will complete a weekly Bible Art Journal and in the second semester will create a Prayer Board.
First semester:
Book 1: Better Than Life – Students will discover how God’s “steadfast love is better than life.”
Book 2: Luke in the Land – Students will study through snapshots from the Gospel of Luke.
Second Semester:
Book 3: Dwell on These Things -The good news is that God’s Word can always be known when you keep it in your heart.
Book 4: The Gospel on the Ground – Unpacking the life of the early church in the Book of Acts and showing students that the kingdom of God is always on the move.
*Other supplies needed for this class by student: Bible, Art book for art journal; and 2nd semester only-Supplies for a Prayer Board – supplies will be listed in the course description.
