ONE SEMESTER CLASS (2nd Semester will be Constitution Alive!)
In this class, students will learn how Christianity and the Bible influenced the formation of the United States of America. They will explore original documents that highlight the faith and intentionality of America’s founding fathers. They will be introduced to governing structures and examine the differences between the United States republic and other nations. Students will also be introduced to modern day political philosophies and examine them in the context of biblical values and historical precedents. Special emphasis will be placed on the role of the citizen in shaping critical political outcomes within the United States government.
