Class Description:

ONE SEMESTER CLASS (for mature 8th & up students only):

One of the most urgent needs for Christians is right thinking in a world gone wrong. As Christians, we have been given the mind of Christ, but how do we learn to renew our thinking? This class will seek to teach students how to go first to God’s word and develop a Christian worldview, learning to think through the timeless principles of Scripture, and how to apply biblical theology to real-world challenges. The topics of discussion will cover issues such as abortion, capital punishment, education, CRT, the LGBTQ agenda, modesty in apparel, and many other issues students will have to wrestle with as Christians both now and as they mature in adulthood. This class is taught by an experienced lead pastor of a local church and will seek the Holy Spirit to lead discussion in a responsible manner.

* This class will be taught with discretion on controversial subject matter so please note that due to the content, it is recommended for mature high school students or 8th graders only.

*Students need to bring their Bibles and a notebook for note taking each week!
