*Wednesday 1-2nd (AM1) – Spelling Bee and Grammar Fun

ONE SEMESTER CLASS:

Spelling and grammar aren’t usually at the top of everyone’s “fun” list, but this class combines creative hands-on activities and plenty of participation for busy first and second graders! Get ready for lots of games, hands-on activities, and discussion, with some seat work in between. This class will focus on basic grammar skills as well as mastering those important sight words. We will practice reading silly sentences and Bible verses, along with how to correct misspelled words and grammatical errors. We will also be sharpening our public speaking skills with prize-winning spelling bees. Laughter, engagement, and most of all FUN is a perfect scenario for learning!
