NEW CLUB FOR SPRING SEMESTER – Study Hall Alternative (OR if taking for HS credit, pricing increases, and student will need to complete homework and assessments same as Culinary Arts 100):

Students will follow the same lessons as Culinary Arts 100 at 12 noon. They will be able to gain confidence in the kitchen by learning the basics of cooking and how to make delicious meals at home for their family and friends. The class will prepare entrees, appetizers, and desserts while exploring the culture of various American dishes and regions. They will also learn how to plan a menu, set a table for special occasions and parties, and create a their own 3-course meal. Lessons and cooking will be done in one-hour class, and will not be graded. High school students desiring to take this for high school credit will be required to complete homework and assessments as assigned by teacher.
