This club is designed to provide a relaxing yet fun experience learning stretch sequences, proper pain relief techniques, and an introduction to a full body workout to good music and rhythm. Light weights will be provided, and students will gain great muscle tone, stamina, as well as the confidence to build a workout routine at home.
*Students will need: workout mat or towel, water bottle and should wear workout clothes if possible
