*Tuesday Elective HS (PM1B) – Culinary Arts 100

ONE YEAR CLASS:

In this class, students will gain confidence in the kitchen by learning the basics of cooking and how to make delicious meals at home for their family and friends. The class will prepare entrees, appetizers, and desserts while exploring the culture of various American dishes and regions. They will also learn how to plan a menu, set a table for special occasions and parties, and create a their own 3-course meal. Lessons and cooking will be done in one-hour class, and their will be homework to count hours required for High School Elective Credit.
