ONE YEAR CLASS:
In this class, students will discover the fundamentals of culinary arts. From kitchen safety protocols to measuring techniques and more, students will build a solid foundation in the culinary arts. Exploring the diverse cuisines of the world, students will learn techniques from various countries to craft dishes at home each week. Additionally, students will embark on a culinary journey through research papers, investigating the varied landscape of global cuisine and the expertise of acclaimed chefs worldwide.
