REGISTRATION PROCESS EACH SEMESTER

Families have to register their children for requested classes each semester, even for one-year classes. See the Registration Info for dates and fee pricing for registration and classes. The following is an overview of the process for registration each semester:

Steps for New families:

  1. Contact Cathy Pargee (program director) to receive a Family Application and Statement of Faith that they will need to fill out and return. Please email her at cathypargee@gracehomeschoolclasses.com.
  2. After these two initial interest forms are returned, she will send details to RSVP for Grace Classes informational meeting, campus tour and new family interview.
  3. After interview and approval to register, new families will need to turn in the 5 required forms (see forms under “Required Forms”) and pay the new family registration fee (see “Registration Info” on website).
  4. After receipt of registration fee payment and the required forms, new families will receive a registration email from Cathy Pargee, and on the date new family registration opens, students will be placed in any open spots for requested classes.

Current returning families will register before any new families. All they need to do is pay the “returning” family registration fee either by Venmo or at Grace (see “How to Pay” on website). Because Grace already holds their required forms (Statement of Faith, Financial Agreement, Agreement to Attend Classes, and Medical Release), the only required form they need to turn in each year before they can re-register is the Parent Helper Requirement Agreement (download from “Required Forms”). After receipt of reg fee payment and the required form, returning families will receive a registration email from Cathy Pargee.

Former Grace families who have had their children in classes within 2 years of the current year and would like to return to have their children take classes at Grace must first contact Cathy Pargee at cathypargee@gracehomeschoolclasses.com. Former families can register at the time of returning family registration and do not have to attend the informational meeting/family interview. Since we don’t hold required forms from year to year, former families will need to turn in the 5 required forms just like new families (see forms under “Required Forms”) and then pay the new family registration fee (see “Registration Info” on website). If a former family has an 8th or high school student, the student will need to turn in a HS Student Statement of Faith as well, and may also need to arrange with Grace admin to come in for a student interview. After receipt of reg fee payment and required forms, former families will receive a registration email from Cathy Pargee.
